Shipping Policy
Once the order is received, we will process the order and the product from our warehouse to the delivery address which is provided by the buyer. Proper address with contact number is required to deliver the product on time. The product will get delivered within 7-30 days depending on the location and other factors which may impact delivery at your destination. Location like Northeastern State & J&K, it might take more time.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders.
Rs. 50 charges are applicable for all Cash on delivery orders. The amount is non refundable.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach at the address that you provided or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. Shipments are subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You need to tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of App/Website to check your order status. Or ask us at Help Desk.
MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Due to varying item availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own individual tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number. International orders, in most instances, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Shipping and Returns tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery thrice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.
