Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

WHAT IS FLEXHOOD’S CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of packing and shipping has been completed. Customers can login to their account, visit the website and check the delivery status of the product. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Rakshabandhan, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION?
The policies for all products are different. The customer need to check the Shipping & Returns tab while choosing the product to check if the products are cancellable/returnable or not. CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, updating it by contacting our customer support via. writing to us on care@flexhood.com (for more details, please check contact us section).

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer support via. writing to us on care@flexhood.com (for more details, please check contact us section).The team will review the order and initiate the refund accordingly if the amount has already been paid.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?
There are zero cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse but if the order has already been shipped, we’ll not be able to cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your order before shipment, you can reach out to us at care@flexhood.com, in order to notify. However, actual shipping charges levied by the courier company will be deducted from the amount paid by you.

TIME PERIOD FOR REFUND
Any amount paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request .If payment was made by redeeming Paytm wallet balance then, the refund will be initiated into Paytm wallet within a day of your order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account, by contacting Paytm customer support team.

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.
